Being a human can be beautiful, but also hard- often sticky and overwhelming, full of stress, anxieties, transitions, uncertainties, loss and grief. Recognizing that it can be hard to ask for help if you’re struggling, or if you just want to find more meaning and fulfillment- you do not have to do it alone. Whatever you are currently experiencing, we will work collaboratively to build up your resources and resilience, navigate relationships and establish positive coping skills while we unpack feelings, thoughts and patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you.
Awareness is the first step toward making change and can give you the choice and freedom to try new ways of being and relating that are more intentional and engaged. Empowerment and growth through interpersonal connection, mindful reflection, and body awareness, are both the process and the goal of my work with clients.
My approach is flexible and integrative, utilizing tools and techniques from various evidence-based therapies and approaches to best suit your unique concerns and needs. I am currently working towards registration with the CRPO and practicing under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to learn and to explore your story with curiosity and compassion (and even a sense of humour).
I offer counselling both on-line and in-person. My office is located at 717 Bloor Street West in Toronto.
I offer free 20 minute consultations to see if we are a good match and answer any questions you might have.
