As a therapist, my goal is to assist clients in processing events rather than simply moving past their issues. I believe in encouraging couples, families, and individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and complex trauma to analyze their situations and navigate the difficulties in life. Together, we work on developing tools and strategies to handle difficult emotions and improve overall well-being. Rather than aiming to fix all problems, therapy is designed to help individuals adopt mechanisms that can aid them in navigating life’s challenges. It provides a safe space for people to work through relationships, emotions, and challenging situations. My objective as a therapist is to assist clients in becoming more self-aware, resilient, and ultimately thriving in life.
