“Why do you stay in prison when the door is wide open?” – Rumi.
Psychological suffering can be, at times, unbearable. Finding a therapist that is the right fit for you can be equally challenging. I offer wisdom born of life’s pain and experience from witnessing courage, transformation and adaptability in human suffering. I draw upon years of experience providing psycho-spiritual support in in-patient mental health and mental health clinics and providing spiritual/emotional support to the sick and dying in acute care.
I use an integrative approach (Spiritual/biological) when working with psychological suffering. I focus on evidence-based psychological modalities that integrate human nature’s psychodynamic and behavioural aspects, including Time-limited Dynamic psychotherapy (TLDP), Grief therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Religious/Spirituality/culture based counselling. If this approach resonates with you, let’s schedule a free consultation.
