About…

Come As You Are — I’ll Meet You There

Welcome. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or continuing your healing journey, finding someone you trust and feel safe with is essential. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully—guided by empathy, curiosity, and care.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a Co-Active trained Coach. My work blends the depth of psychotherapy with the action-oriented lens of coaching to support your growth in a way that feels attuned and personalized.

Grounded in relational, trauma-informed care, I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches—including Somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, Relational Therapy, Ayurveda, and more—because healing is never one-size-fits-all.

My background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on Human Rights, Immigration, and Refugee Law, along with certifications in Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Yin Yoga. I’ve also worked as a meditation facilitator at CBC, offering mindfulness as a way back to self.

Areas I Support:

  • Anxiety, Stress & Burnout
  • Depression & Emotional Regulation
  • Trauma, PTSD & Complex Grief
  • Relationship & Family Challenges
  • Self-Esteem & Identity Exploration
  • Life Transitions & Career Shifts
  • Cross-Cultural, Immigrant & Diaspora Identity
  • Mindfulness, Embodiment & Self-Compassion

I approach therapy from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, queer-affirming, and non-violent lens. I honour your lived experiences, and I’m curious—what does healing mean for you?

Let’s connect. Book a free 15-20 minute consultation here. I typically respond within 48 hours—please check your junk folder if you don’t hear back.

Insurance Info: Many insurance providers cover therapy with Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Please confirm with your plan—therapy is covered, but coaching is not.
