About…

Have you felt stuck? Or like there’s something you want to do but haven’t been able to? Life is full of challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Whether you’re dealing with ADHD, relationship issues, a lack of confidence, life transitions, or other stresses, my goal is to help you rediscover balance and well-being.

Many of our struggles stem from underlying psychological processes and obstacles that hinder us from doing what we truly want. By addressing these issues, we can create meaningful change. Connection is a universal human need, and feeling disconnected from ourselves or others can significantly impact our mental health. My approach focuses on understanding these underlying processes and working together to create a clear, actionable plan to overcome them.

In our sessions, we’ll explore the obstacles that are holding you back, whether they involve avoidance of emotions, lack of self-understanding, or negative thought patterns. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work collaboratively to break down these barriers and foster genuine connections with yourself and others. I believe in showing up authentically in our sessions, creating a space where you can do the same.

Together, we will develop strategies tailored to your unique needs, helping you navigate life’s complexities and achieve your goals. My aim is to empower you with the tools necessary to face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but I’m here to support you every step of the way.

A little about me: In my free time I like to go to the beach or explore the city. Some of my hobbies are going to concerts, reading, and watching movies with friends.
