Osato is a Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University and an Intern Therapist under the supervision of Kristen Drozda.
As someone with many layered identities, I value diversity and the opportunity to learn about other’s lived experiences. Each experience significantly influences who we are and how we think, live, socialize and deal with everyday issues. Through a collaborative, strengths-based and integrative approach, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to find their inner voice and truly express themselves.
I firmly believe the therapeutic journey is a learning experience for us. As such, I am open to sharing with you and learning new ways to support you through your unique journey.
I utilize the culturally responsive and socially just lens to help clients advocate for themselves and navigate society. Together, we will work from a place of self-compassion and love to overcome negative attitudes and undesired labels that impede assuredness and the life you desire.
