About…

I am a psychotherapy intern who holds a Registered Psychotherapy-Qualifying registration from the CRPO. I believe in a collaborative client-centered approach, empowering you to move towards your therapy goals. I am committed to providing compassion, understanding, and a non-judgmental, safe space to help you through difficult challenges and life transitions.

I have over 20 years of experience in the corporate world and am also the founder of Humanicity Consulting Group. I lead various leadership and well-being workshops. I use an integrative trauma-informed approach that combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy with somatic and mindfulness practices.

  • Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (on-going)
  • Honours Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations and Sociology from the University of Toronto
  • Certificate in Family Mediation from York University
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy Training from The Association for Psychological Therapies
  • Positive Psychology & Well-being Certification Program from the College of Executive Coaching
