Hi, I’m Sara (She/Her/Hers) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) here in Ontario. I have completed my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Guelph. Life can have its challenges, and it is my privilege to support clients as they navigate such experiences, learn coping skills, and explore themselves and their relationships. Throughout this journey, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic space where clients feel empowered. I am passionate about taking a collaborative approach, working together to develop meaningful and personal goals while using clients’ unique strengths to promote healing and growth. In my work, I like to use an integrated approach with a main focus on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy (SFBT). I work with individuals, couples, and families.
