About…

Therapy is the unfolding of everything you’ve ever carried.

I believe that the project of therapy is the courageous act of facing the truth. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders—these are not the issues; they are symptoms of something else, they’re the echos of something deeper. In our work together, we turn toward your story. What would have had to happen to you for you to feel the way you do today? When your story is finally seen and heard, something inside begins to shift. When your story is finally seen and heard, maybe you begin to see it more clearly too.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, emotional honesty, and compassion. When we block pain, we block joy. But pain, when fully felt, becomes the very thing that transforms us. I create space for all your emotions—using trauma-informed, somatic, and relational therapy, and Gestalt techniques—to help you connect with yourself.

More than anything, I believe that healing happens through connection. The relationship between us is everything. If you feel safe with me, we can begin the work. I also bring my Persian background into the room, holding space for the complexities of culture, identity, and what it means to live between worlds.
