Hi! I’m Sarah.

More specifically, I am someone who is passionate about equipping individuals with the skills they need to reach their goals and find fulfillment in their lives.

Growth and healing are not easy.
It can be difficult to find trustworthy and appropriate information, resources, and tools.
Harder still to turn knowledge into action and change.
My mission is to create a place where you can be encouraged on your journey, equipped with appropriate information, tools and resources, and empowered to continue your growth with confidence.

My approach is influenced by the humanistic, client-centered and cognitive behavioural theories.
I believe struggle and limitations are a natural and necessary part of the human experience; something to be explored and navigated, not something to be feared or avoided. I also believe every person has the potential for self-understanding and growth, and the capacity to resolve their problems.
Sometimes they just need a little support getting started, and that’s where I come in!
