Hello and welcome! I’m Shelby (she/her) and I am a Registered Social Worker practicing in Moh’kinsstis (Calgary). I come to this work with a spirit for imagination and play, nurturance and heart.

As we journey together, we can invite a door to discover possibilities in the exploration of relationships and story, leaving room for all of what it means to be human. And you can expect to be welcomed, honoured, and celebrated.

How we navigate our work is co-created, meaning that we decide together how we work towards your goals. It is important through the therapy process that you have a voice and your preferences are known and honoured.
