I value and embody an empathetic, calm and warm therapeutic style and value creating a strong connection with my clients. Trust and rapport are important to me as a counsellor, I want my clients to feel safe to reflect, be open, and practice vulnerability in a comfortable space. I use an integrative approach and draw upon a number of modalities including attachment theory, CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness based, narrative, and polyvagal theories.
I specialize in working with clients to manage stress, anxiety, self esteem, supporting individuals through life transitions, empowering individuals in creating healthy lifestyle changes, reaffirming ones purpose, supporting personal growth, emotional processing and healthy expansion of self awareness. I work with individuals of all genders aged 14+.
