I am here to listen, to support, and to help guide you on your journey to a more fulfilling life.
I am well-versed in working with young adults who are experiencing challenges with their body image, emotional regulation, anxiety, relationships, stress management, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm.
I am a foodie at heart. I love to experiment with new recipes, and eat at different restaurants. And when I’m not eating, I enjoy travelling and having fun with friends.
