About…

Hi I’m Taylor! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Candidate. I understand how overwhelming life can be, and want to be here to support you and walk alongside you on your path to wellness. 

I strive to create a warm, safe, and non judgemental space where you can feel heard and empowered.  I believe we all hold the necessary resources to thrive and flourish, and can tap into our inner resources and strengths when provided an empathetic and supportive environment. 

I take an integrative approach, mainly drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths Based approaches. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and will work with you to identify your desired goals and next steps.
