I am a Free Spirited Person who dedicated her life to understand People’s Minds and to incorporate the Holistic Complementary Component to it. I have personally overcome battles of bullying, harassment, rejection, anxieties, marital breakup, and have now found out how to live the life that I‘ve wanted: I have made peace with my inner self and have achieved frequencies of Love and Joy in my life. I have acquired great knowledge of how the universe works and how to work with it in our favor. ​

My ideal clients are people who are wrestling with everyday struggles, are willing to help themselves by being open minded, acknowledge areas of fragility and consider changing ineffective habits. ​

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), some of my Theories are as follows: ​

a) We are Imperfect Human Beings expecting perfection from others and ourselves and failure is not an option. From it, emerges our overwhelming Ego with Guilt, Shame, Anger, Judgement, Control, etc ​

b) Emotional Suffering is created by our minds due to attachment to things and people, and due to adaptation (or resistance) to change. Our ego plays an important role in it as well. ​

c) Society’s overall expectations provoke conflict within us. ​

d) We all project how we feel towards ourselves unto others, emotionally and through actions, and, ultimately, it all comes back to us.

With 20 years of experience working for the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Child and Youth Worker, I learnt to brainstorm ways to problem solve all sorts of student/teacher conflicts. I was responsible to deal with Children and Youth who have been identified as “at risk students”. I became a great team player by trying to work with the parents, the students and the teachers to find balance with each of their needs. For this, I have become solution oriented.

I graduated the Spiritual Psychotherapist Program Back in 2015, a program that is equivalent to a Masters Degree. With that, I soon became a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. ​ At Transformational Arts College of Holistic Studies, I developed my knowledge of all types of Energy work, Intuitive work, as well as the different modalities of Psychotherapy. In 2013, I added Hypnotherapy to my abilities and received a Certificate by the National Guild of Hypnotherapists. ​ My adult life has been about psychology all throughout, and spirituality has been the “spice” that I needed to guide clients to heal their mind, body and soul since they all work as one.
