About…

Life can sometimes be too much to bear on your own. As a MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student, who is qualified to practice under supervision, I aim to guide my clients through problematic situations and difficulties. I draw from a rich tapestry of therapeutic approaches and tailor our sessions to resonate with your unique needs. Together, we will look at the underlying patterns that perpetuate adversity, in a way that fosters healing and personal growth.

As an individual with a bi-racial background, I celebrate diversity and provide a safe, welcoming space for you to explore your roots. Whether you’re an individual, couple, or family, my expertise extends to nurturing communication and connections through a holistic lens. I am deeply committed to empowering you to navigate societal and cultural influences.

With a trauma-informed approach, I believe that trauma can be healed, and transformed into fuel for personal growth and resilience. You deserve the best – reach out to schedule an initial session and embark on a path to a more empowered and fulfilling life. Email me at KTpsychotherapy@protonmail.com with my name and consultation in the subject line.
