I’m a Registered Social Worker with 17 years of experience. I enjoy working with clients who feel stuck in their life or even feel they are in the midst of crisis/chaos. I am well suited to clients who want to live more authentically and enjoy a genuine, open therapist. Currently completing my Masters of Social Work, I am passionate about counselling, and my aim is to be collaborative, genuine, and compassionate.

I am particularly skilled in supporting men with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, communication, grief or trauma. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness techniques and I take a client centred approach.
