Kayla Schofield

I believe in providing a warm, safe, compassionate environment for my clients. I meet clients where they are in life and provide a judgement free zone. Everyone’s life is important and only they can decide what will work for them to achieve what they want out of life. I use techniques such as, inner child work, focusing, chakra balancing or de-cording, body psychotherapy, talk therapy, internal family systems (IFS), guided meditations, two-chair, EMDR, among others. I work with clients to bring themselves back into alignment and develop healthy coping strategies. I work with a variety of the population that are dealing with:

  • Trauma
  • Life changes
  • Addiction
  • Low self-esteem
  • Anger
  • Stress management
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

My areas of practice include:

  • Individual
  • Adults
  • Adolescents

Taking the first steps to therapy can seem scary and overwhelming, but it can also be an opportunity for you to create clarity and the life you desire. Let’s work with the trepidation rather than against it to bring you into wholeness. Delivery of sessions:

  • In-person
  • Phone
  • Video conferencing

Please feel free to connect and we can book a complimentary consultation to see if we are the right fit.
