At times we may feel stuck, as if something is standing in our way of change, of wellbeing, and we feel like we are facing a roadblock to a more fulfilling life. We may also be undergoing or carrying experiences that; weigh us down, impact our relationships with ourselves and others, cause emotional pain, and blind us from seeing a better direction.

Within a safe environment, we will build a relationship of trust and understanding together as a solid foundation. I believe you are the expert of your life, and you have the strengths and resources to achieve your goals. You will not be alone, I am here for you. Through a client-centered and holistic approach, we will walk through your experiences together, so I might offer perspectives to help you gain clarity and identify your next step.

In my work as a psychotherapist, I take a wide approach pulling from a variety of techniques to create and tailor the process of therapy to each and every client. A key element in my approach is staying consistent with any new client by ensuring a safe connection to meet you where you are, and walk with you where you want and/or need to go. Whether that’s facing and overcoming challenges, cultivating balance, or achieving fulfillment and peace. We will find the right path together.

If you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, recurring anxious thoughts, or confusion about the past, present, or future, we can face it together. Think of me as a guide, empowering you to take control of your journey going forward.

I want to create a safe space so that you can be fully witnessed. Whether you need to explore your inner self, or require specific strategies to help navigate your current situation, I’m here to assist you with various evidence-based methods and perspectives that address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships.

The first step can be the hardest, but often times it’s the most worthwhile. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to give us a chance to meet, and plan an approach that works best for you. Together, we can embark on a new path on your journey.
