How are you, really? If I asked you to drop down into the core of how you are and what you are experiencing, what might you have to tell me? Whatever the answer, I want to help. Side by side, we will explore and work through whatever pain and suffering you may be experiencing, be it anxiety, depression, or just a general feeling of unrest.

In the midst of whatever pain and suffering you are experiencing, I will help you see the kernels of authenticity and compassion that already exist within you and can guide you towards healing. My practice is informed by a commitment to compassion and kindness. This will show up in our work together as I guide you towards living a life more deeply connected to your values.

I am available for a free 20-minute consultation. This will allow us to discern if we are a good fit to work together. I can answer any questions you have and listen to the reasons why you want therapy and what you want out of it.

Spring Berriman

After a successful 15+ year career in the real-estate industry, I made the choice to pursue my true passion, that of helping others. The most personally rewarding aspect of any job I held during this time in real-estate – be that as office manager, executive assistant or operations manager – was that of supporting others in the workplace, thereby fostering strong working and interpersonal relationships, and helping my colleagues to realize their best selves.

As a deeply compassionate therapist, I believe strongly in creating a safe space for mutual growth, wherein cohesion and alliance advance the therapeutic processes of healing and development. With avid curiosity and respect, we’ll explore the innermost workings of your mind, heart and spirit. I believe in taking a client-centered approach to my practice, acknowledging you as an individual and working as your pace dictates. Without preconceived agenda, I’ll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth. In addition to Individual Therapy, I also offer Couples Therapy and Group Therapy.

The most underestimated human need, is to be noticed and to feel recognized, heard and acknowledged.

Seeking psychotherapy is a meaningful choice to make. Psychotherapy can bring a potential for deep & lasting change. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have been practicing since 2018. My presence is nurturing, warm and down to earth. I believe that when we can be guided to our authentic self, we can re-connect with parts of us that we may have shut-down or dis-connected from. By doing this work one can gain the clarity and confidence needed to heal, grow, feel happier and more whole. It can help us make effective choices reflecting our true nature and guide us through life with less struggle. I make use of a variety of therapeutic approaches to illuminate my client’s underlying issues, guide them in freeing up blocks and healing old wounds. I believe that helping my clients make use of their own wisdom and resources can enhance the treatment process. I also provide tools specific to each client’s journey for them to use at home, outside of therapy. These are intended to lessen anxiety and build resilience. My goal is to attune to each person’s needs to assist them in deep healing and creating connection to their best self.

Are you or someone you care about feeling stuck, unhappy, lonely or suffering from anxiety or depression?
Is your life dominated by fear and shame?
Do you continually put yourself last?

If you are considering therapy, here are some questions to ask yourself:

  • How do you really want to feel about yourself?
  • What is most troubling you?
  • Which close relationships would you like to heal or improve?
  • Do you feel your teenager is struggling and do you hope to help them feel better?

Therapy is about helping you attain well-being.

If you are ready to explore this, I would love to speak with you and see how I can help.
