My practice is client-led, gentle, and catered to individual needs. My goal is to assist in overcoming anxieties and stresses through a shift in perspective. Sessions are catered towards clients’ understanding of established emotional and behavioral patterns, embracing their experiences, noticing their strengths, and appreciating their uniqueness. My therapy practice is multifaceted with a focus on psychoanalytic theory. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress management, self-regulation, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I also offer art therapy workshops based on self-care and mindfulness practice. As a therapist, my goal is to make sure that your needs are being met, that you feel comfortable and empowered. I believe that it is crucial to find someone who works for you personally and ‘shopping around’ is imperative. Reach out and book a free online consultation to see if we are a good fit. My approach combines elements of psychoanalytic, art therapy and compassionate inquiry, therapeutic modalities.
Therapist Issues: Grief/Loss
How are you, really? If I asked you to drop down into the core of how you are and what you are experiencing, what might you have to tell me? Whatever the answer, I want to help. Side by side, we will explore and work through whatever pain and suffering you may be experiencing, be it anxiety, depression, or just a general feeling of unrest.
In the midst of whatever pain and suffering you are experiencing, I will help you see the kernels of authenticity and compassion that already exist within you and can guide you towards healing. My practice is informed by a commitment to compassion and kindness. This will show up in our work together as I guide you towards living a life more deeply connected to your values.
I am available for a free 20-minute consultation. This will allow us to discern if we are a good fit to work together. I can answer any questions you have and listen to the reasons why you want therapy and what you want out of it.
