Now accepting new clients! Let’s get to the root of what you are experiencing. If you are feeling stuck, hurt, lonely, unsatisfied, or confused; you are not alone. I am here. Allow me to be an empathetic and transparent support for you. I offer a free, fifteen minute phone consultation for us to connect prior to our session. My approach is relational and depth oriented. Together, we will identify patterns in your life and work towards healing, change, and growth. As a sensitive therapist, I appreciate each individual’s story and experience. I inform my practice with a trauma, diversity, sex-positive, and research-based lens. You are not just a client. I want to understand you in our sessions and will attune to your individual needs. Each of you is unique and our sessions will be too. I believe we grow in connection with others, now is our time to start.

(She/Her/Hers)  I view respect, curiosity, and compassion as the pillars to reconnecting with one’s sense of self through exploration of emotional, psychological, relational, and physiological distress. Each of us is made up of many different parts, all of which exist for a reason. By bringing awareness and understanding to wounded and struggling parts of self, we can learn what they need to heal. My approach is client centred, trauma informed, and strengths based. My core values are being an ally and working from an anti-oppressive framework. I believe strongly in the creation of a safe, compassionate therapeutic space to help clients access emotions and safely examine pain, challenges, and areas of difficulty. I believe in encouraging a relationship with yourself and your body that promotes self-worth, connection, and joy. Any topic can be discussed in therapy, no matter how big or small. Therapy will focus on developing strategies, exploring emotions, accessing inner resources, and implementing tools in support of healing, growth, and health. Please contact me to let me know if you have any questions or would like to book a free consultation call (phone or video). I look forward to meeting you!

Navigating the challenges and stressors in our lives can difficult even in the best of times. When you are feeling overwhelmed even the smallest “bumps in the road” can feel like an unmovable mountain. Having a place to talk about those challenges can be incredibly meaningful and it can be the start to developing a healthier relationship with yourself. Therapy provides clients with the opportunity to explore their feelings and emotions and the chance to (re)discover that we are all meant for belonging, unconditional love, and significance.

I work from a client-centered and trauma informed lens, with a focus on giving my clients the means to better understand themselves and working on developing practical tools to cope with distressing emotions. I use an integrative approach and develop a unique treatment plan that incorporates the knowledge from different therapy models.

I have 8 years of experience working with young professionals, adults, and youth experiencing mental health challenges in areas of anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma. I use a variety of techniques to help you discover the root cause of why you are feeling stuck, so that we can also focus on moving towards healing and not just on managing symptoms.
